Anti-Fraud Plan
At GRUPO CONSULE, we understand the challenge that comes with preparing and executing an Anti-Fraud Plan. Normally, it turns out to be a complex and challenging process for public bodies, since it requires knowledge of regulations and management systems, as well as the ability to ensure legal compliance, the effectiveness of measures and continuous improvement.
It is important to highlight that, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of February 12, 2021, the preparation of an anti-fraud measures plan is an obligation for entities that wish to access funds from the Next Generation EU program and the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
In this sense, we are willing to offer public organizations our advisory, support and assistance services in the preparation and execution of the Anti-Fraud Plan. Our team of consultants is highly qualified for this work, with extensive experience in the design and implementation of effective strategies to create, maintain and improve the Anti-Fraud Plan.
Our work methodology is based on a series of fundamental steps that allow us to develop an Anti-Fraud Plan adapted to the specific needs of each entity:
- Assessment and benchmark: We carefully analyze the existing organizational structure, internal processes and control systems to understand the level of fraud and corruption risk.
- Identification and evaluation of critical risk areas: Through rigorous analysis, we identify the areas most vulnerable to possible fraudulent acts and evaluate the extent of the associated risks.
- Design and implementation of anti-fraud strategies and measures: We develop specific strategies and policies to prevent and mitigate fraud, corruption and conflicts of interest. These measures are adapted to the needs and characteristics of each public body.
- Establishment of protocols for the management of conflicts of interest: We establish clear and transparent protocols that allow effective management of conflicts of interest that may arise within the entity.
- Design of procedures for the management of fraud cases: We develop action protocols for the detection, investigation and response to cases of fraud, guaranteeing a rapid and effective response.
- Awareness and training programs: We implement training and awareness programs to promote a culture of integrity and ethics at all levels of the organization.
- Development and management of reporting channels: We establish secure and confidential mechanisms that allow employees, suppliers and other interested parties to anonymously report possible cases of fraud or irregularities.
- Periodic evaluation of the system: We carry out periodic evaluations of the Anti-Fraud Measures Plan to ensure its effectiveness and make the necessary adjustments according to regulatory changes and new identified risks.
