CONSULE has presented a large number of projects to the IDAE and other public organizations managing European funds for the development of self-consumption and upgrading biogas plants promoting alliances between large gas companies with municipalities and producers based on public-private collaboration agreements.
These agreements guarantee a harmonious and balanced relationship between all operators to ensure that these projects revert to the territory based on relationships based on equity and inclusivity in the projects of public entities and local producers.
